However, the most notable announcement is the launch of the Mi Max Prime in India during this sale period. As part of the Diwali offers, the Xiaomi Mi Max Prime will go on sale on October 17 through Mi.com for Rs. 19,999.

The Xiaomi Mi Max Prime is essentially another variant of the Mi Max that was launched in India in June this year. During the Mi Max launch, the Chinese conglomerate did announce that the Snapdragon 652 variant with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of inbuilt storage will also be available soon in India. And now, the company has decided to bring it to the country during the Diwali sale, and is calling it the Xiaomi Mi Max Prime.

The only difference between Mi Max and Mi Max Prime is the processor, RAM, and internal storage. While the Mi Max is powered by a Snapdragon 650 processor paired with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of inbuilt storage, the Mi Max Prime is powered by a Snapdragon 652 processor with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of inbuilt storage.
