The fast cooling feature chills the room almost instantly. Great on time delivery as always from Amazon even in this COVID-19 era. Safe, Seamless free installation carried out by Samsung as expected. Unit includes gas piping/tubing and plug wiring for indoor Unit. (Core cutting, Mounting Brackets, Drain pipe & Wiring for outdoor unit are chargeable extras for installation). On-site Demo also conducted very well by Samsung Engineer. Have been using this AC daily for about a month now and am truly enjoying its sterling performance with effective cooling. Fabulous AC from Samsung and exceptional deal by Amazon. Highly recommended purchase!Is this review helpful?
