There are very few famous personalities who are as eager to share information and answer questions as Edward Snowden. The NSA whistleblower can be considered as one of the most controversial figures of our time. Now, you can ask your questions to the former Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) employee and US government contractor as Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey will be interviewing him on Tuesday.

The interview between Dorsey and Snowden, which will be done via video conference, will be broadcast at 10:35pm IST on Tuesday on Twitter's live-streaming app Periscope, reports by CNET. The announcement regarding the interview was made by Pardon Snowden, a campaign that was launched in support for official forgiveness for Snowden in September. Notably, Twitter has not responded to the request for comment by Cnet regarding the interview.

Those who are interested in asking their questions can submit their questions with the hashtag #AskSnowden. Snowden has reportedly been living in Russia in order to avoid legal consequences of leaking confidential information about US government three years ago. To recall, Edward Snowden became a sensation around the globe after he leaked the information regarding the surveillance programs used by the US government to gain access to people's chats, emails, and documents.

Snowden has been vocal about the security measures and features adopted by various tech companies and even mobile applications. He recently criticised Google for initially promising to keep only temporary message logs for conversations within its chat application Allo but finally choosing to store user data, barring incognito chats, to improve the performance of its Google Assistant.

If you want to ask Snowden questions about his views on Internet security or even his current stay, don't forget to tune in for the interview.
