Google's latest Nexus 7 tablet is now officially available in India via the Play Store. The Nexus 7 (2013) tablet starts at Rs. 20,999 for the 16GB Wi-Fi only model, while the 32GB Wi-Fi only model is available at Rs. 23,999, and the 32GB Wi-Fi + 3G (HSPA+, LTE) model at Rs. 27,999.

The Google Nexus 7 (2013) 16GB Wi-Fi only tablet would be available only after November 26, as the Play Store listing clearly says, "Leaves warehouse by November 26, 2013." However, both the Nexus 7 (2013) 32GB models will be shipped in up to two business days, claims the Play Store listing. Google globally announced the Nexus 7 (2013) tablet in July this year, and it was the first device running Android 4.3. Interestingly, the Nexus 7 (2013) tablets are still shipping with Android 4.3 Jelly Bean, though the update should be available over the air.

The Nexus 7 (2013) tablet comes with a 7-inch full-HD display (1920x1200 pixels), implying a boast-worthy pixel density of 323ppi. It also features scratch-resistant Corning glass. It is powered by a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 processor clocked at 1.5GHz, and features 2GB of RAM. The tablet comes in two storage variants 16GB and 32GB, with no expandable storage. The new Nexus 7 also features a 5-megapixel rear camera and a 1.2-megapixel front-facing camera.

Google has also unveiled the much awaited Nexus 5 smartphone in India. The Nexus 5 is available in two variants - the 16GB model at Rs. 28,999, and the 32GB variant at Rs. 32,999. Google globally announced the Nexus 5 on November 1, after months of speculation and anticipation.
