Samsung Galaxy Note 800 debuts for Rs. 39,990

Samsung India has launched its first tablet with a stylus in the Indian market today. Dubbed as Galaxy Note 800, the tablet was available for pre-booking at the company e-store for quite some time.

Samsung Galaxy Note 800, which is also known as Galaxy Note 10.1, has been priced at Rs. 39,990 and is now available in the country.

The tablet sports Android 4.0, 1.4GHz quad-core processor and 2GB of RAM. It also comes with 10.1-inch 1280x800p display, Infrared sensor and 3G connectivity.

A total of 16GB is available as internal storage on the device, which can further be expanded using a microSD card.

Company has preloaded several apps on the tablet such as Peek universal remote, Adobe Photoshop Touch, and Adobe Ideas.

Samsung has already announced that it will release the Jelly Bean update for the device before the end of this year. The Korean manufacturer is also planning to launch the successor of its original Galaxy Note at the upcoming IFA trade fair.
