There has been news in regards to abolishing roaming in the past few months, Aircel seems to be the first telecom company that has introduced a special tariff recharge that helps you kiss roaming goodbye. The product is dubbed as 'One Nation, One Rate' and claims to offer one rate for Voice, SMS and Data in home circles and on roaming.

The only catch in this case, is that one will have to be on Aircel's network while roaming. This special recharge is available in different denomination for different circle, for example in Delhi NCR this recharge will cost Rs. 39 and will be valid for 30 days. For the full list of rates, please have a look at the following table.

Aircel claims that this special recharge will also offer a discounted voice, SMS and data tariffs apart from free roaming. However, it has not shared what these discounted rates will be.
