Epson expands its projector lineup

Epson has launched two new series of projectors - EB-Z8000 and EB-Z10000. The EB-Z8000 series has six new projectors, which are EB-Z8450WU, Z8455WU, Z8350W, Z8355W, Z8150 and Z8000WU. While the EB-Z10000 series has two new models, EB-Z10000 and EB-Z10005.

Both these series have brightness of up to 10,000 lumens, resolution of 1,920 x 1,200 pixels and contrast ratio of 5,000:1.

Commenting on the launch, Samba Moorthy, Director - Sales & Marketing, Epson India says, "This new line of ultra-bright models helps us provide even more options for customers with large or bright venue projection needs in addition to delivering the extreme image quality and product reliability Epson is renowned for."

Additionally, the company claims that these projectors are outfitted with many advanced Epson home theatre projection technologies such as Epson Cinema Filter, a Faroudja DCDi video processing chip, Super-resolution technology, Frame Interpolation, et al that helps in enhancing the video playback.
