About In Her Place Movie (2024)

In 1955, when writer María Carolina Geel was accused of murdering her lover, Mercedes (Elisa Zulueta), the judge's shy secretary, took charge of the case. As Mercedes visited Geel's apartment, she became unexpectedly drawn to the space, found it to be an oasis of freedom, and began questioning her own life, identity, and the roles of women in society.
