If you have ever delivered a presentation, you probably know that the hardest part is often the first five minutes. The laptop goes on the table, the HDMI cable turns out to be a metre too short, someone heads off to find an adapter, and the whole room waits.

Wireless HDMI is a neat way around that. A wireless HDMI transmitter and receiver split the connection in two. The transmitter plugs into your source device, the receiver plugs into the display, and the signal travels between them over the air. Some kits are sized for a single meeting room at around 50 metres. Others push one feed to several screens spread across a much bigger space.

One distinction is worth clearing up early. Unlike Wi-Fi-based screen mirroring, a dedicated wireless HDMI system uses its transmitter and receiver to create a direct wireless video link between the source and the display. That can make setup simpler in rooms where you don't want to rely on the local network. A couple of the models below also support Miracast and AirPlay casting, and one is built for wireless camera monitoring, so we've pointed out those differences as they come up.

Lemorele's wireless HDMI lineup in India covers everything from everyday presentation setups to long-range and professional video transmission. Here are eight models, sorted by what each one is actually good at. If you're short on time, start with the quick guide below.

1. Lemorele P200: For everyday meeting rooms

Best for: Everyday meeting-room presentations

The P200 is the kit to look at if all you really want is your laptop on a TV or projector without a cable running across the floor. It uses its own dedicated wireless link instead of the office Wi-Fi, so there's no network to log into before you mirror your screen. There's no software to install either. Output is 1080P at 60Hz.

What lifts it above a simple cable replacement is the pairing limit. Up to eight transmitters can work with one receiver, so each presenter in a meeting can have a transmitter ready to go instead of waiting for the single HDMI cable to come around the table. In a shared office or training room, that saves a lot of shuffling.

2. Lemorele P400: If your office runs on mixed devices

Best for: Windows, Android and Apple devices in the same room

Most wireless HDMI kits do one job. They send a signal from a transmitter to a receiver. The P400 does that too, but its real value shows up in an ordinary meeting room, where not everyone walks in with the same device. One person may have a Windows laptop, another an iPhone or MacBook, while a third needs to connect a camera or streaming box. The P400 is designed for that mixed-device environment.

It handles the mix with three wireless display modes. Windows laptops and Android devices can cast over Miracast, and Apple devices can use AirPlay. Anything with an HDMI output, such as a camera, TV box or game console, goes through the dedicated TX-RX link. The P400 is also the only model in this lineup with a USB-C transmitter for video transmission, which is handy for laptops that lean on USB-C ports.

Lemorele quotes 1080P at 60Hz, latency of around 50ms and up to 50 metres of range in open space. Miracast and AirPlay have shorter stated ranges, though, so the TX-RX mode is the one to use when distance and a steady link matter most.

3. Lemorele P50: Brings 4K to the table

Best for: 4K presentations

Full HD is fine for most slide decks. It isn't always enough for a detailed design review, a crowded dashboard or a home theatre on a large screen. The P50 steps in with 4K output at 30Hz.

That 30Hz figure deserves a quick word, because most people see "4K" and assume 60Hz. The P50's 4K/30Hz output is suited to presentations, design reviews, documents and other content where resolution matters more than high-frame-rate motion.

Like the P200, it lets up to eight transmitters share one receiver. It also has mirror and extended display modes, so the screen can either copy your laptop or act as extra desktop space. Range goes up to 50 metres in open environments, and 5GHz connectivity gives users more flexibility in environments with wireless interference.

4. Lemorele R1000: Goes the distance

Best for: Long-distance transmission

Fifty metres is plenty for a meeting room. Bigger spaces are another matter, and a 10 or 20-metre cable often isn't a realistic option there. That's where the R1000 fits in. It is rated for up to 200 metres at 1080P and 60Hz. It uses a high-gain antenna design, and the aluminium body helps with heat dissipation when the unit is left running for long sessions.

As with any wireless transmission system, that 200-metre figure is measured under open, unobstructed conditions. Actual range can vary depending on walls, building materials, electromagnetic interference and the surrounding RF environment, and extra receivers cut into it as well. Plan around the room you actually have.

5. Lemorele R1040: Built for up to four displays

Best for: One source to multiple displays

The R1040 takes the same long-range approach and adds more screens. One transmitter can feed up to four receivers, so a single source can appear on four displays at the same time. Output is 1080P at 60Hz over 5GHz, and the unit comes in an aluminium body. Setup is plug-and-play, with no complicated network configuration to sit through.

Lemorele quotes up to 200 metres with one transmitter and one receiver, again in open, unobstructed conditions. Add more receivers and the effective range changes, so it helps to work out where each screen will sit before mounting anything.

Conference rooms, classrooms, exhibition spaces and large homes with TVs in more than one room are all good candidates. The alternative is running a separate HDMI cable to every screen, and nobody enjoys that job.

6. Lemorele R5000: The one for camera work

Best for: Wireless camera monitoring

Sending video wirelessly on a shoot is a tougher ask than doing it in a boardroom. On a set, the real reason to cut the cable is to give the crew room to move.

Picture the camera feed going straight to a field monitor. The director watches from a different position, the focus puller follows the shot without standing over the rig, and the camera operator works without a long HDMI cable snaking across the set. One R5000 transmitter can serve up to four receivers, so several people can monitor the same feed at once.

Latency decides whether any of this works. If the monitor noticeably trails the camera, keeping track of the shot becomes a lot harder. Lemorele rates the R5000 at below 50ms, with 1080P at 60Hz and a range of up to 200 metres in open space over 5GHz. There's also real-time preview through the TUTUPlay app on iOS and Android.

This is the model that takes Lemorele's lineup beyond screen sharing and into professional wireless video transmission.

7. Lemorele G500: Turns presenting into a hand-off

Best for: Multiple presenters sharing one room

Picture four people presenting back to back. In most rooms, every changeover means someone unplugs, someone else plugs in, and everyone stares at a blank screen for a bit.

The G500 changes the routine. One presenter finishes. Instead of unplugging a laptop and reconnecting another, they simply hand the transmitter to the next person. The receiver stays connected to the display throughout.

The transmitter runs on a built-in 2,000mAh battery, rated by Lemorele for about 3.5 to 4 hours of use. Up to eight transmitters can pair with one receiver, output is 1080P at 60Hz, and range goes up to 50 metres. It also comes with a charging storage case, which is more useful than it sounds. Meeting-room accessories have a habit of disappearing.

8. Lemorele Q5R1: Keeps older VGA displays in play

Best for: HDMI and VGA compatibility

Not every room gets upgraded at the same time. Plenty of schools and offices still have an older VGA projector working alongside newer HDMI screens.

The Q5R1's receiver has HDMI, VGA and audio interfaces to handle exactly that kind of mixed setup. It runs over 5GHz, with a claimed range of up to 50 metres in open environments. With an older projector or a dual-display arrangement, those extra ports could spare you one more adapter hunt.

Why it's time to go wireless in 2026

Less clutter is the obvious answer. Placement is the better one. Your laptop stays on the conference table rather than beside the projector. A camera stays wherever the shot works best while its feed shows up on a monitor elsewhere. A wall-mounted TV doesn't need an HDMI cable trailing across the room to reach it.

Wireless HDMI won't free you from power sockets, mind you. Depending on the model, the transmitter and receiver still need a power source. What you lose is the long HDMI run between the source and the display.

Whatever the setup, a good system has to be predictable. It should pair without fuss, keep audio and video in sync, and work for someone who has never opened a settings menu.

For users comparing wireless HDMI systems, the choice ultimately comes down to range, resolution, compatibility, latency and ease of setup. Lemorele's current lineup covers that spectrum, from compact meeting-room transmitters to long-range multi-receiver systems and professional camera links designed for demanding workflows. The brand also offers local after-sales support in India and a one-year warranty. You can check out the entire range on Amazon India.
