There is no official word on the availability and pricing of the Celkon Colt A401; however, we can expect the company to announce the smartphone in the coming days.
The domestic handset maker earlier this month had introduced the Celkon Q40+, which was also listed on the company's site without any details of pricing and availability.
The Celkon Colt A401 is a dual-SIM (GSM+GSM) device which runs Android 4.4.2 KitKat out-of-the-box. It features a 4-inch (480x800 pixels) WVGA display, and is powered by a 1GHz single core processor coupled with 256MB of RAM.
It comes with 4GB of inbuilt storage, which is further expandable via microSD card (up to 32GB). The Colt A401 sports a 3.2-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, while there is a secondary 0.3-megapixel front-facing camera also onboard. On the connectivity front, the smartphone offers 3G, GPRS/ EDGE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Micro-USB, and Bluetooth options.
The Colt A401 packs a 1400mAh battery with no word on talk time and standby time. The smartphone measures 124.9x64x10.4mm and is officially listed in Black, White and Blue colours.
Celkon on Tuesday launched the Android 4.4.2 KitKat-based XION S CT695, priced at Rs. 7,299. Earlier this month the company unveiled the Campus Nova A352E and Campus One 345C smartphones, priced at Rs. 1,999 and Rs. 2,599 respectively.
Last month, the company launched two smartphones, namely the Millennium Ultra Q500 priced at Rs. 9,999, and Millennium Glory Q5 priced at Rs. 7,299. Both the handsets run on Android 4.4 KitKat.
