Flipkart Big Billion Days Sale: Xiaomi, Samsung, Moto, Asus, Vivo, and Others Preview Smartphone Discounts

Flipkart's Big Billion Days sale will have deals on the budget, mid-range, and some premium smartphones

Flipkart is set to kick off its Big Billion Days sale next week, where it will be offering deals and discounts on smartphones as well. The Big Billion Days sale 2018 will commence on October 10 and will continue till October 14. However, the offers on smartphones will not be available on the first day, but will open on October 11. As a part of the sale, Flipkart will be offering deals on handsets from brands such as Xiaomi, Samsung, Motorola, Asus, Vivo, and more. While the e-commerce giant has provided a teaser of the upcoming offers, it will reveal more deals in the next few days.

In its mobile app, Flipkart has listed a number of deals and discounts that will be available during the Big Billion Days sale. Huawei sub-brand Honor has already detailed the offers that will be available for smartphones such as Honor 7A, Honor 9N, Honor 7S, Honor 10, Honor 9i, and Honor 9 Lite. Besides that, there are several other smartphones that will be offered with discounts during the Flipkart sale. For instance, Flipkart has promised that the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro will be "coming at an incredible price". Currently, the price of the smartphone starts at Rs. 14,999. Similarly, Samsung's flagship from last year - Galaxy S8 - will be available at "an unbelievable price". Interested buyers can 'guess the price' of the Galaxy S8 by filling up a form. However, Flipkart has not announced a reward for guessing the correct price.

Flipkart Big Billion Days Sale 2018 Next Week: Everything You Can Expect

The listing of mobile phone deals on the Flipkart app shows promises some "crazy deals" on select smartphones. The Moto Z2 Force, originally priced at Rs. 34,999, will be available with a minimum discount of Rs. 15,000. Currently, the listing shows a price tag of Rs. 1_,999. Similarly, the Lenovo K8 Plus, originally priced at Rs. 9,999, will be available with a minimum discount of Rs. 1,000 as the listing shows the price tag of Rs._,999. Meanwhile, Flipkart noted that the 'crazy deals' will also be available on the Samsung Galaxy On Nxt and the 3GB RAM variant of Oppo A71.

Additionally, Flipkart is promising 'lowest ever prices' on a number of smartphones. This list includes the Asus ZenFone Max Pro M1, Asus ZenFone 5Z, Samsung On6, Vivo V9, Google 2 XL, and Yu Ace. Coming to offers on Apple iPhone, Flipkart claims that all the models will come with "lowest prices". Also, there will be flash sales on Realme C1, Redmi 5A, Realme 2, and Poco F1, whose prices start at Rs. 6,999, Rs. 5,999, Rs. 8,999, and Rs. 20,999 respectively.

Apart from the discounts, users can also purchase buyback plans at Rs. 99 to get up to 90 percent reselling value on every smartphone. Buyers will also be able to use bundled exchange offers to get an instant discount on smartphones and other electronics. Flipkart says that customers will be able to own the LG G7+ ThinQ for less than Rs. 4,000. It will offer a flat discount of Rs. 15,000 and you can avail the buyback offer on that smartphone that is originally priced at Rs. 25,990. Similarly, the Oppo F9 Pro (MRP Rs. 25,990) will be offered with a flat discount of Rs. 2,000. Buyers will additionally be able to avail an extra exchange discount of Rs. 3,000 and 70 percent buyback value on the smartphone.

Flipkart Big Billion Days Sale and Amazon Great Indian Festival: How to Make Sure You Get the Best Deals

Flipkart will offer mobile protection plans priced at Rs. 99 during the Big Billion Days sale. Additionally, there will be theft coverage with its mobile protection plans exclusively during the sale. It is worth noting that the e-commerce giant is also offering several payment options to for customers. Flipkart has also partnered with HDFC Bank to offer 10 percent instant discount on its debit and credit cards.

The e-commerce site will reveal all the smartphone deals in Big Billion Days sale gradually between October 3 and October 7. While today Flipkart has listed the deals on Honor smartphones, tomorrow it will unveil some of the 'crazy deals'. Offers on smartphones under Rs. 7,000, under Rs. 15,000, and above Rs. 15,000 will be revealed by Flipkart in the three days after that, respectively.
