OnePlus Buyback Programme Now Available for OnePlus 5T in India

OnePlus has announced its buyback programme is now available for the OnePlus 5T in India. Interested buyers can avail the offer on the purchase of the OnePlus 5 and OnePlus 5T smartphones now. Under the buyback plan, users can exchange an old handset to buy a new OnePlus 5T at a discounted price.

The OnePlus Buyback services are provided by Manak Waste Management Pvt Ltd. (Cashify). Notably, the Buyback service can only be availed after a new smartphone order has been placed on the company's website. Also, the exchange facility is available only on select smartphones and pin codes.

In order to avail the offer, the user initially has to provide details of the old smartphone and check the buyback details in the page. Now, the user has to buy the new OnePlus 5 or OnePlus 5T. After the handset is delivered to the buyer, a team from Cashify will get in touch with the user to fix an appointment. After a verification, the user will get cash in exchange for the old smartphone, at the time of pickup.

The OnePlus Buyback offer is available in these cities - Ahmedabad, Agra, Bangalore, Bhopal, Baroda, Vadodara, Chandigarh, Chennai, Coimbatore, Delhi, Faridabad, Ghaziabad, Gandhinagar, Gurgaon, Howrah, Hyderabad, Secunderabad, Indore, Lucknow, Jalandhar, Kanpur, Kolkata, Ludhiana, Mohali, Mumbai, Noida, Nagpur, Navi Mumbai, Pune, Puducherry, Panchkula, Surat, and Thane.

Users can exchange smartphones from brands such as Apple,Asus, BlackBerry, Gionee, Google, HTC, Huawei, Intex, Karbonn, Lenovo, LeEco, LG, Xiaomi, Micromax, Motorola, Panasonic, Sony, Samsung, Vivo, Xolo, and Oppo.

Users can check for the eligibility and approximate buyback offer on OnePlus' official website. For example, an Apple iPhone 7 32GB can get you up to Rs. 27,300 under the exchange offer. Interestingly, if you want to upgrade from your OnePlus 5 to OnePlus 5T, you can avail up to Rs. 20,700 for the 32GB model and up to Rs. 23,100 for the 128GB variant. OnePlus says, the availability of original accessories may or may not impact the final quote.

OnePlus 5T sports a 6.01-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 1080 pixels by 2160 pixels. The OnePlus 5T price in India starts from Rs. 32,999. The smartphone is powered by 2.45GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 SoC and it comes in 6GB and 8GM RAM variants. It packs a 20-megapixel primary camera on the rear and a 16-megapixel front shooter for selfies. The OnePlus 5T runs Android 7.1.1 and is powered by a 3300mAh non-removable battery.
