Acer is reportedly working on a 7.9-inch Android tablet, which is dubbed as Iconia A1-810. The specifications and photographs of this tablet have been leaked by French retailer RueduCommerce.

As per the leaked information, this tablet will sport a 7.9-inch display with 1024X768p resolution. The tablet will run on Android 4.2 (Jelly Bean) out of the box. Acer Iconia A1-810 will reportedly be powered by MediaTek's quad-core MT8125 processor clocked at 1.2GHz along with 1GB of RAM. The tablet will come with 16GB of internal storage, which can be expanded via microSD card.

The tablet will sport with 5-megapixel primary camera and VGA front camera and is expected to be launched around Computex, to be held in the month of June.

The tablet was reportedly priced at $250 but if reports in DigiTimes are to be believed, then the company is already contemplating on lowering the price to $150. The website claims that the price correction has been done so that this tablet is able to compete against iPad mini.
