Sony Mobile (previously known as Sony Ericsson Mobile) is a subsidiary of the electronics giant Sony Corporation. The company's Xperia range that started off with Windows Mobile OS has moved to Android and is a significant part of the smartphone market today. Sony's latest mobile launch is the Xperia Z2 Tablet 3G. The tablet was launched in February 2014. The tablet comes with a 10.10-inch display with a resolution of 1920 pixels by 1200 pixels.

The Sony Xperia Z2 Tablet 3G is powered by 2.3GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 MSM8974AB processor and it comes with 3GB of RAM. The tablet packs 16GB of internal storage that can be expanded up to 128GB via a microSD card. As far as the cameras are concerned, the Sony Xperia Z2 Tablet 3G packs a 8.1-megapixel primary camera on the rear and a 2.2-megapixel front shooter for selfies.

The Sony Xperia Z2 Tablet 3G runs Android 4.4 and is powered by a 6000mAh non removable battery. It measures 172.00 x 266.00 x 6.40 (height x width x thickness) and weigh 439.00 grams.

The Sony Xperia Z2 Tablet 3G is a single SIM (GSM) tablet that accepts a Micro-SIM. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi, GPS and 3G. Sensors on the phone include Accelerometer, Ambient light sensor and Gyroscope.
