Vivo Pad 3 is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 processor. It comes with 8GB of RAM. The Vivo Pad 3 runs Android 4 and is powered by a 10000mAh non-removable battery.

As far as the cameras are concerned, the Vivo Pad 3 on the rear packs 8-megapixel camera. It sports a 5-megapixel camera on the front for selfies.

The Vivo Pad 3 runs OriginOS 4 is based on Android 4 and packs 128GB of inbuilt storage. It was launched in Cold Star Grey, Spring Tide Blue, and Thin Purple (translated) colours.

Connectivity options on the Vivo Pad 3 include USB Type-C and Wi-Fi.
