Airtel and Aircel reveal iPhone 4S tariff plans

A day ahead of the launch of Apple's much anticipated iPhone 4S, service providers Airtel and Aircel have introduced tariff plans for the device.

For Airtel:

There are four plans to choose from. Rs. 600, Rs. 1000, Rs. 1600 and Rs. 2000.

The cheapest plan of Rs. 600 per month gives you 500 min of talk time 300 SMS' (local + national) and 3G data of 200MB.

Rs. 2000 per month offers you 1500 local minutes of talk time, 600 SMS' (local + national) and 3072MB of 3G data.

Each plan is currently being offered at 50% discount (that means you pay Rs. 300 for the Rs 600 plan, Rs. 500 for the Rs. 1000 plan, so on and so forth).
 
For Aircel:

The monthly rental is Rs. 950 for the iPhone 4S 16GB and Rs. 1150 for the 32GB version.

For Rs 950 you get 3000 local + STD minutes, 350 local + National SMS and 650 MB of 3G data.

For Rs1150 per month you get 3500 local + STD minutes, 450 local + National SMS and 650 MB of 3G data.
