Panasonic Launches Shinobi Pro Range of LED TVs Starting at Rs. 28,900

Japanese electronics conglomerate Panasonic has launched a new range of LED TVs under the title 'Shinobi Pro'. The range is said to be inspired by the art of precision in combat exemplified by the Japanese ninja (Shinobi), and has been designed to offer customers the ultimate viewing experience, according to Panasonic. The Shinobi Pro range starts at Rs. 28,900 for the entry-level 32-inch model, going up to Rs. 78,900 for the 49-in Smart TV model. The range is currently available to buy exclusively via online retailer Flipkart.

The Shinobi Pro TVs are available in three different sizes: 32-inch, 43-inch, and 49-inch, with the 32-inch option having an HD-ready (1366x768 pixels) resolution, and the larger screen sizes coming with a full-HD (1920x1080 pixels) resolution. There are a total of five models on offer, with two of these being smart TV models with internet connectivity either through Ethernet or Wi-Fi.

The smart TV models also feature a small range of apps, a Web browser, a connected home screen, easy mirroring, quick sharing and voice guidance. Customers who don't want smart TV connectivity have the option of buying a 43-inch and 49-inch model without these features.

The TV range also introduces new Panasonic technologies, such as IPS Super Bright Panel and Vivid Digital PRO, which promise to improve the viewing experience. The company's last major launch was the Viera CS580 which introduced Panasonic's Hexa Croma Drive colour technology, which makes a return in the Shinobi Pro range.
