Product was delivered salfely in time as promised. Immediately called for carrier customer care and they arranged a local certified installer immediately . Recieved the product on 11th afternoon and commisioned by 9 PM on very same day .Coming to product , this was simply suberb,Room cooling was good and done in 15 minutes . Still to explore all features . Will come back shortly . only drawback is in have not observed the vertical swing in this . other than that everything is fine till now

Completely satisfied with AC's performance. I found it to be exceptionally good. Super fast cooling for a 15 X 11 sq.ft room.Improvements if any :AC Remote options could have been better(limited modes, no outside temp. display etc.)Carrier's installation service went really smooth and the follow up was good.

My friend bought this AC from carrier and it was superb... its cools the room instantly. And It Looks Great.

The worst ac no power consumption waste to buy no use of don't waste buy another brand product don't get confused

It is a wonderful product i live in top floor in Delhi. The temp rose to 46 but it was able to cool the room in no time that too in the afternoon. Elec bill i havent checked yet but my ac runs atleast 16 hrs a day as me and my wife office timings are different. Cooling is certainly not a problem so far.Recommended.

Hi friends.. this is good product and suits all type of atmospheres. Mostly use at humidity places (temparature 48') Because it has copper condenser n heavy out door unit.Come to the installation, we have pay at least 1k to 1.5k depends on locality even when we buy from showrooms. They bill the amount without installation and transportation. But online commerce keep the price include with transportation.Hope this write-up will helpful.

Carrier will not install their product in a high rise building incase there is no crane provided. My apartment is at 13 floor and they refused installation.

Pathetic AC ....cooling below standard ...no proper installation nd service ....it has been ten days since i brought the ac ....its not working with error code "EC" for coolant leakage....service center is non responsive and call center is just giving assurance ....feed up with it ....wasted 43k for it ........never go for it ....

Drop the planning for more negative reviews as compared to positive reviews. ..and transferred to Daikin

Highly disappointed with this AC.I bought this AC a year back considering it is being offered by a reputed brand, is 5 star and the one with 100% copper. This AC was over budget but still I decided to go ahead with the purchase. Initially the AC worked fine and I thought it's worth the money but this year the cooling was not effective. Executive told me that there is gas leakage and need to be repaired and gas will be filled again. Total cost of all this was quoted as Rs.3000. This was an additional investment on an AC which was bought for Rs.41000, placing it amongst the highest priced AC's available in the market. The more disappointing part is that even after repair, the executives will not guarantee that the same issue will not happen again. So it is possible that another Rs 3000 will be spent probably in another couple of years.If a reputed brand charging RS 41000 for an AC cannot provide a quality product then why purchase it.

I want to mention a big concern regarding my recent request of AC purchase and installation registered with Carrier. I recently purchased Carrier 1.5 Ton Superia AC. I raised installation request on 27th April 2016. I have been informed that service person will contact me in 24-48 hour time period. I waited for a call. I did not receive a call during this period. So I called customer care and was informed with Comfort Silk number for installation. I called on these numbers for full day on follow up. No body picked up and till now no body responded back from given numbers.I raised this issue with Carrier customer care then twice and told them to check with this installer or carrier authorised person. Customer care mentioned that they will put this on high priority. Nothing happened. In the last call, I have been informed that they are hanging the installation to SSD electronics. Till now no answer from them too. I am totally not satisfied of with this experience. This is not expected from a well known brand Carrier. I was expecting top notch service from Carrier. Till date installation has not happened at my place. I don't know how to rate Carrier. Please look into your authorised installation service provider. I will update more once the installation happens.Still I am waiting for the call.

I bought carrier split ac 1.0 ton. Due to gas leakage it stops cooling after one day of its use. Now from 24th sept 2019 I daily requests to attend my complaint but no output. I got my material damage worth Rs. 50000/_ . I request the prospective buyers not to purchage carrier ac bcsthey donot care there costumer.

The worst product ever bought.. there have been multiple manufacturing defect. Gas leakage has happenedtwice in 3 months.. when requested to replace the part they have been taking ages to do so.. no1 has taken any responsibility

I have gone through almost a hundred reviews today.. Dropped to buy Voltas as well as carrier. Why does amazon write installation as 1500 to 2000. None of the reviews give this figure. Most of them have said it costed 2500. Some said they had to pay for extra wire as the wire was too short.
