Truly amazing. No sound of indoor and outdoor unit. People who came for installation were fast and very neat.

Extremely silent and effective cooling

Placed the order without reading reviews. After reading about poor installation experience of many clients immediately cancelled it and placed order for different brands. Daikin people should always have good technicians for installation, your product may be good but poor experience with installation make others not buy it.

The service fellows try to extract more money from customers for no reason and it's really pathetic to see Daikin employ such third class fellows for their services

Either Amazon is selling this fake product or this is not an air conditioner as advertised. Bought this in April 2019, wasn?t working properly from day one, numerous calls to Daikin and technician visits for the past 1 year and still this air conditioner doesn?t work . Buy and regret then feel cheated

I am having a horrible experience to get the product installed. Unprofessional technicians are hired. Still struggling to get it installed after 15 days of delivery. Once the product is delivered, you are on your own to get it installed

Been a couple of months and I can tell you this is a horrible machine. Cooling is awful. I have two of these in my living room. This one and an older generation. The older one is 3 times more effective than this one.The experience of installation was bad. I read the reviews which already were bad and then i made the mistake of still opting for Diakin. I think it is more to do with their service / installation partner. The number given was never picked up on the other end or the person cared to reply to the message...his installation guy asked for money for the installation which was free as per Amazon etc etc. and then confronted him so he agreed but then came up with "i need to check leakages from the pipes etc" and asked for money...anyways to not hold the process we paid him but felt extorted and horrible.

Bad product delivered me.

Installation menace. Amazon mentions free installation but Daikin ends up charging you for the same. We had to do around 15 phone calls to the centre for installation. Yet there is no solution. I am afraid I will have to return the product.

Miserable cooling despite 2.2 ton rating!! 4star energy efficiency is theoretical and pointless if it doesn?t cool well enough!! My earlier 2ton Panasonic was phenomenal. Shouldn?t have changed!!
