  Data Wind Pocket Surfer 3G5 is a third rate mobile with practically no customer support. I purchased it four-five days back through flipcart. It is not functional with any sim. I contacted their customer care at tele -01832581330 who gave me service center number in Bhopal, named 'GSM Solutions' . When the given number was contacted, person packing up the phone says it has been closed down long back.It is apparent that Data Wind is not serious about its business and that is why they are supplying mobiles which are "Not ready for use". Only third rate companies can afford such casualness and unfair trade practices.

• simply waste of money

  I purchased this phone in the month of Jan 2014 but within 10 days its speaker stopped working. I sent it back to Amritsar for repairing in March 2014 but till date company has not returned it back to me. worst service, poor handset, less battery life. Simply waste of money. I recommend do not purchase this phone. In market other good brands are available in same price range.

• Quality of this mobile not good, this mobile back flip cover having with 27 Small clips these clips will brake easily.

  I'm Pradeep purchased this mobile from flip cart order number is OD40507099868 on 12may 2014. This mobile in not supporting tata docommo CDMA sim and it's flip cover quality is too cheap having With 27 clips if we using this to put or remove sim it will be damage or break easily because those all are small clips,and flip cart quality management also failed in this matter, my humble advise who going punches this product don't get sad experience which I got from flipcart online shopping portal they are telling they don't refund on electronic good, be alert...thank you.
