Great product!

I purchase and set up all of the computers for our company of financial advisors. I usually purchase the cheaper ones for $399 with a SATA drive and Windows Home. Then I end up upgrading to Windows Pro for encryption purposes. After it's all said and done, this ended up costing me about the same, plus it has a solid state drive which is much quicker. It usually takes a full work day to set up a computer. I just finished this one in a little over an hour! I'm going to purchase a couple more of these to have on hand.

Low price for an excellent computer. The maximum ram is only 8g but it runs fine with that.

For me this laptop was perfect, I am using it for online classes and at work. I am a Cadillac technician and this runs all of my diagnostic software as quickly as I could ever need, and the battery life is great too, and charges super quick. Plus the out of the box setup was super simple and so was the product registration with DELL I love my Inspiron 15 5566

With Windows 10 is slower than it should be.

Overall a very good laptop. Outer shell feels sturdy and its texture hides finger prints. Only thing I thought was odd is that it does not have a power indicator light. Only options are a front light that either serves as a charge indicator or HD activity light depending on which option you choose. I purchased the SSD option which really helps with usability.
