Dell XPS 15 9500 User Reviews and Ratings

Its over a week that I am using my Dell XPS 15. I decided to take the plunge after doing a search all over the net. There was no other laptop that provided the ability to upgrade with a 32 GB RAM which can be notched upto 64 gb plus and extra slot for SDD. Similar specd laptops had there RAM soldered to the chip or if I choose the high end models adds to a lot of weight. I had read some of the reviews regarding the wobbly trackpad but thanfully the latop I received is flawless and arrived right the next day after booking. The edge to edge display is amazing and the colors in 4k are bright and pleasing to look at. A perfect laptop for work or play !

Recently bought this item after waiting for so long since its launch in USA and other countries. This is one laptop that is meant for the professionals who need power and performance and on top of that you get aesthetics and easy handling as well. The screen is outstanding. There is no doubt that this laptop is equivalent or better than Mac book Pro 16 inch. Though the price range is similar to apple products but this is worth every penny!! 10th gen Intel CPU with 16 GB RAM and 512 SSD makes it a power house!! A little heavy than expected in terms of Ultrabook, But when you switch from a Gaming laptop to this one, its like a feather. Once a fan of XPS is always a fan of XPS!!!! Dell nailed it!!!

Delivery was on time, packaging was intact and the price was good... The product so far has been great. After 8yrs of using a MacBook Pro, I have finally reluctantly taken a plunge into the windows ecosystem. I would be updating this thread with my experience on this product a couple of months from now once I have started using it...so far so good...

Overpriced on Amazon I ordered the same from dell directly. It is 219000 along 2 years extended damage warranty and also got Sennheiser HD 350 BT along with 8000 cash back on ICICI credit card.

It's overpriced in the Indian market for sure. But I don't regret buying it one bit.Premium build quality, amazing display, overall performance is great.If it wasn't for the atrocious pricing, I'd say this laptop is one of the best you can get.

Dell failed to study the Indian market. The stock for this product has been very limited. But it's beautiful and powerful when talking about the looks and performance.

Number key 4 was stuck as if it was glued down. Started working after repeatedly pressing it. It sometimes gives a multiple keystrokes for a single press. Applied for replacement. Fingers crossed.Amazon please improve your packaging for delicate high value electronic items.Otherwise product is top notch no doubt but just thinking whether a dell retail store would have been better where I could prexamine item before delivery.Edit 1 - Recieved a replacement today. New Laptop seems fine. Thanks Amazon. The only grudge I have with Amazon is that they did not work on packaging. It was a simple cardboard box and we're solely relying on Dell's standard packaging.Edit 2 - The fans kick in while doing multitasking. It gets heated very quickly on the keyboard area ( I'm not a gamer at all). Somehow a couple of key board buttons are not responding at all. Amazon technician was supposed to come and check but did not keep his appointment.

Do not buy. The WiFi card in this laptop is so substandard that even simple websites are unable to load over a 15 Mbps connection.

Bought it from the US. Such a waste of money. It can't even handle simple tasks like watching YouTube. Gets stuck at 0.78ghz all the time
