Such a Pathetic performance ever? Disgusting service by company Bogus Bogus and Big Bogus

I've bought a Hitachi split AC which model no. RSRG518HEEA, Date. Nov 2022. After buy AC & remote didn't work properly. Hitachi Service center told remote is ok & indoor unit or outdoor unit are also ok. But till date I'm suffering financial pain each month for it. Service center does not support properly. So request everyone please please please don't buy Hitachi AC.

I bought a 1.5 ton hitachi ac on shopkeepers recommendation. The ac sound is very high that you cannot hear any noise from outside of room. Puts a very high electric load on electrical supply.

Very worst because when using this AC it's feels like a jet is landing sound too irritating sound and can't able to sleep..but ther is one pluse point that cooling performance is so good i m not recommend in home use

Never buy Hitachi AC. Product reliability is absolutely not thereservice is worst. AC life is just 2 yrs after that company is missing. They cheated me 12500/- and never picked my phone really wrost service.

Hitachi is cheating with their customers. During free service they are not resolving problems and after a year asking visit charge and says this part is not in a warranty so you have to pay. This is too much. Do not buy

Service is very poor. Service support is very bad and the company is also not taking any necessary action againt service point. No body giving any positive response for customer complain niether dealer nor company.

Bad performance behind big brand name. AC causes frequently issue in condenser fan. When Ac running, It feels like you are riding bike on and air pass through your ears. Worst experience.

Never purchase this company product ,even there executive had no manner to talk the customer ,I had purchase an ac on April 22 and not even 1.5 month completed ,gas was leakage and still not product should be correct please its request to all of u don't purchase product of hitachi unless u will become mad because try 100% to influence u to frustrated after buy the product with they service and product.

Hitachi air conditioners are the best of all and also very budget friendly I am using it since last 5 years and have no complaint about it. I recommend each and everyone to buy HITACHI ac either fixed speed and inverter ac. I also purchased more 3 ac Loving it !!!!

Mighty cooling.

Product: it is awesome, 1.5 tonnes, where I kept in "Dual rooms" it is giving ultimate cool for two rooms.Noise level:it is so good,I can hear the birds sounds from outside my home.Electric City consumption: I got reasonable bill but I will change feedback.Cost: brought for "43k" but after this review my cousin brought same model 35k in local dealer.Delivery: it is average delivery, delivery boy given priority to the outside city premises than with in the city, (I got the product late evening ).Installation : it really 😕 confused, I don't know what to say, the Team need a Training (Hitachi service team should improve)

Best product in this price. Cooling is best. I nornally run it at 27° due to new born and believe me still it is good cooling. I booked hitachi service for instsllation and they were great.

I ordered the product online after checking in the local store. Price were the same. but i prefer amazon because of return / replacement policy. Wonderful product, instant cooling. very satisfied.Product got delivered on 22 june 2020 and same day installation happened. very fast service in Ahmedabad.Silent mode work awesome! no noise on Silent Mode.Must Buy Product. Go for Hitachi only in AC.

Hitachi was always recommended when discussing about AC's.I am not a heavy user but I love it. Its very silent.

Hitachi Product is Excellent without any doubt.. Initially it takes 10 mins to make the room Cool when switched on but post that it quickly cools the entire room & Gives Chilling effect .After Delivery, Post 2 days, Installation Guy came & installed it.. Installation was Satisfactory. Not a Hitachi Company Engineer though. Just Go for it.. Nothing to worry about.Only Charged 700 for uninstallation of Old AC.. Rest No installation Charges , Luckily Installation Charges of 1500 was waived during Offer period i purchased.

Excellent AC. Great Cooling in Summer where ambient temperature arround 40°C. Power consumption is moderate. Its 1540 watt. Noise level is ok, not much loud. Got this for 40k during lockdown without installation. Delivery was delayed by Delhivery. Thanks Amazon for giving this deal.

10/10 for cooling installation delayed due to lockdown after all best product in this range
