    I received on product on time. But the outdoor unit is not working due to Motherboard was defective. Technician took and tried three days to resolve after several chasers. But and no luck, intiated replacement.

    Firstly the AC was delivered on time via SafeXpress, the only issue was that the delivery person cam alone and expected someone from our home to lift the AC with him. Apart from that minor issue delivery was ok. Then comes the real pain point. The installation for the AC, was scheduled with Jeeves, Flipkart's service partner. When I tried to get more details from the customer care they had the audacity to tell me that the AC might not be covered under warranty if I get the AC installed via Hitachi Support, which is insane. What company does not provide warranty on installations done by themselves. When the service guys arrived from Jeeves/Flipkart they were hardly 18-20 year old boys who could lift the AC. To top that their drill machine was not working, other machine leaked oil on wall and floor. They could not bend the pipes appropriately to do the installation and finally after 4-5 hours we gave up and called the Jeeves contact and after multiple calls replacement technicians were sent. They were able to work out the issues and then install the AC finally and in total it took around 8-9 hours to finally get the AC installed. The next morning when I checked the AC, the AC was not working properly, it was throwing cool air on one side and warm on other. After finally giving up on the Jeeves fiasco, contacted Flipkart to escalate the issue. They registered a complaint on 19th and told I would be updated by 23rd. After receiving no update till 22nd I tried to contact customer support and they said I would need to wait till 23rd. They couldn't even tell me what are the steps they are taking. I assume they are just trying to bide time in order for the replacement window to be over. Really pathetic service by Flipkart, I understand that they provided 23rd as the date, but atleast provide an update on the same. Will wait till tomorrow and then raise a request for return. Tired of dealing with their passive support. The Product itself might be ok, but will only know when it finally works.
