We like this product very much.....but there is quite small keys.but given processor. 7100 ..ordered 7020.. sound quality is very poor fast changing, back up around 5 hrs.. Camara hd very good..display hd..

Laptop is good only for personal use. laptop body is very delicate as the case in consumer series of any Laptop brand. Battery life is good. But gets little slow.

Worst build quality... made of very cheap plastic didn?t expect it from a HP productYou can literally see a gap between frame and display screen while you open the laptop.The service of the Amazon has gone rock bottom which is very disappointing they won?t even replace if you are not satisfied with quality of the product. Highly disappointed with the product not worth the money
