I would suggest don't buy Hp products. Atleast not an HP laptop. They always have heating issues and HP customer service is PATHETIC. I bought Hp Spectre x360 13 2 in 1 and right from the start it has heating problem. The core temperatures rise to 95-97° and you can't even touch it from below. The internal cooling fans run at maximum speed making loud sounds but still the base is very heated. My laptop underwent automatic thermal shutdown because of this heating. You can understand the intensity of the problem.I complained about this to HP (case ID: 5047312057) and they just keep on telling me that they will send a technician and it will be resolved. It has been 2 MONTHS since I complained but still there is no progress. No one has come to see the laptop. Now the concerned person doesn't pick my calls.THE PRODUCT HAS SERIOUS HEATING ISSUE AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS PATHETIC.

Though it comes with rich features, it has serious motherboard issues. Google it and you'll know. Screen turns black, gets stuck in tablet mode etc,. In my case, my half of screen turned blank permanently within 4 days of purchase.
