Hopeless phone

Iball andi 3.5kke genius is very hopeless phone. No user friendly. very difficult to use. phone will be shutdown when the battery reached at 50%. touch pad is not sensitive. very slow. automatically switched to another call when using one call. very hopeless. pls remove this from market
