Please do not order this phone ever. I had ordered this phone through Ebay on Dec 22nd and after a long wait I received it on Jan 14th. I found that the outgoing from SIM1 was not working as the person I was calling could not hear what I was speaking. I tried to report this to the seller 'diggital_estore' in Chennai. The concerned person told me that they are NOT RESPONSIBLE and that will have to raise a ticket in their IBerry site. I raised a ticket and after 5 days they finally give an address in Chennai to send the phone back to. I got the phone hand delivered in 2 days to make sure there was no damage from my end. After a week, they tell me that they will replace the phone and that I will have to get it collected from their collection center in Chennai. I got it collected from Chennai and delivered in Kochi. After a long wait I open the new box to find that I get a new phone 'WITHOUT A BATTERY'. How pathetic could the packing section be that they send a phone without battery ! I tried to reach out to their call center at 6:30 PM as the website says that they are available till 8pm and while calling ot says they are available only till 6pm and that I have to call the next day. WORST PRODUCT that E-BAY has ever sold !! I lost trust in E-Bay too now.

  • Auxus One - Better to Avoid
Suman Khanna (Dec 29, 2014) on Gadgets 360
The phone was launched on 8th December but still no one has received the phone so far. The initial offer which was only for 10 days but it is still going on. Every few days they extend the offer and delivery dates are also extended. I think they are delaying the delivery times because once the phone is received by customers then the reviews will be out and after that nobody will buy the phone. It is common with previous iberry phones, they all have good impressive looks but are poor on performance. It is better to avoid this phone atleast until it is delivered and reviewed and chances are high that you will get it cheaper later on.

There phone quality is worst... check users review of Nuclea N1 & N2 before giving order.... Phone has many problem...operating system is worst, quality is poor, no resale value, poor performance, no proper support... interesting thing is phone warranty starts when you book order.. so it means even if you are getting phone after 1 month phone warranty starts from booking date.... so literaly you are getting 11 or 10 motnth warranty instead of 12 month......After sale service is very poor and no update you will get.............be careful before buying this brand.......
