  I have bought Intex Aqua N7 in the month of may through Flipkart for Rs.3899/-. Very next week on the problems started like complete screen goes blank. Immediately opened the phone removed the battery and placed it back and it started working as I was on important call.The same thing happened in almost every alternative days and the same job I was doing to get back right.On 26th Oct night suddenly smoke came out from the phone and I immediately opened the phone to remove the battery first but it was too hot, later somehow managed to remove the battery and thereafter I have opened the sealed screw to see any more damage. The next day I called up customer care and informed the same and they said to hand it over to the nearest service center. Funny things started now, firstly identifying the location itself cost me a litter of petrol as no one to lift the phone and guide me,next the service center manager told me we cannot service the phone on warranty and only payable service can be done and when I asked the person to tell approx charge, he said 1800 to 2000. Ok fine, I dialed up to the customer care, one gentleman said very clearly you are not supposed to open the sealed screws. Now I got annoyed and replied that the smoke was coming out and feeling burning smell from inside the phone, that is the reason I have opened to avoid any more incident to happen. If the phone could have blasted, what I know and what could have happened? if I die who will take the responsibilities?. The gentleman replied very seriously we are not responsible for that. I wish to break the phone infront of public and take vedio snap to post it on whats app and other social media. See even a customer dies also the company will not take any corrective measures. Now the readers must react and understand the quality of phone and the customer service. Worst experience ever had in my 17 years of mobile usage. Viewers please think before you buy this phone and this could happen to you also. Rating 0 is not there to mention.

  itz a good phone in low price...it doesnt hang frequently...d speakers and camera quality @so low price z excellent!!!
