The low rating is for poor service for installation. The service engineer despite our follow-up has delayed it's installation. Further has misled the elderly persons for a stabilizer to the Refrigerator, while it is clearly mentioned in the specs that the item is with built-in stabilizer and no additional stabilizer is required. He not even switched on the Refrigerator while installation.

Product not working properly no cooling at all since 1 month please replace the product

Dont buy at all it will gauranteed go bad the fridge has a strach and on the top it is dented. i guess these fridges are defective. that is why we r getting this in low prices.after one year it went bad n is not cooling , if u have cooling issue tell the electrician to change the heater as the i had to spend 4000 to get it fixed n later they realized that the heater is not as effective n several kelvinator fridges have the same issue so changeing the heater to a high power heater fixed it . Dont buy too bad i do not recommend i didnt want the troubles or returning and reordeing so i did not dispute.

Not working in the 3 months of delivery

The compressor of the fridge contains 'LG' logi. How does a Kelvinator fridge can have 'LG' logo in its body. That means it is a repaired product. I am going for legal action against flipkart for selling fake products and fooling the customers.
