The worst Phone ever used / seen / had..... Using mobile since 1995. But, using Lava iris 349 is simply wastage of money. A big headache. Only plus point with this phone is that, people THINK, you have a Touch-screen phone. Shall never recommend this model to any1.

Pathetic product and service,microphone doesn't work,so you cannot make calls.it doesn't catch wifi signals nor does it detect 3g.Plus it cannot be returned.Never purchase electronics from amazon.
