I love this laptop.Only one drawback i find, Even after shutdown external harddrive is getting power.Which drains the battery to zero if left un noticed.So everytime you need to connect and disconnect the external hard-drive during starting and shutdown.

This is for Pooja jaisingh.Microsoft isn't giving the upgrade to 10 anylonger.but u can still do it.just google for"windows 10 upgrade for people using assistive technology".Open the relevant Microsoft page and download necessary software and start upgrade.you are good to go.

Started hanging just after 6 months and lenovo service is pathetic.

Buy this machine only if you are in for a horrible customer services from Lenovo, the seller, and Amazon. They will not shy away from saying "Sorry, we can't help you." and keep passing the blame on each other.On the product page, it is mentioned that you will get free Windows 10 update. Don't believe that. You will have to live with Windows 8.1 or shell out additional 8-10 k to get Windows 10.The touch and gesture interface is sloppy. I had to disable it immediately, as it was automatically executing gesture commands without even me touching the screen. It also deleted one of my folders with important documents.
