I ordered a 3 star refrigerator LG 335 frost free double door 3 star refrigerator However when I received this product it was a 2 star product which was delivered to me. My question would be why did I receive the lower variant refrigerator Is this a type of a fraud or cheating I ordered a product and no call or feedback saying we do not have this product And I have to go through this again to get the right product It should be the responsibility of flipkart to rectify this and send me the right product instead they say cancel it and you will get the refund in 7 days They should be able to replace the refrigerator and replace it with the right product I had paid for This is unacceptable as I have to run around to get the right product I ordered The installation team just came without any tools and asking me for tools to do their job They left all the garbage on the floor and left the place in a mess totally unprofessional
