Flipkart delivered it in two days, that too during festive season. Installation was prompt and the machine works as expected, couldn't ask for anything more. Edit: After 7 days of use and trying out most of the features, I can say that this machine is well worth it.

As assured the product was delivered on the date mentioned while ordering, and demo was provided on successive day, I think Flip kart members have really improved their processes and really appreciate Flipkart team effort in moving towards best, When quality and commitment is maintained no one can replace your effort Keep up the good work

I bought it from an LG retailer. It's a best in class washing machine. All necessary features and I do appreciate it. I would undoubtedly recommend it to anyone wo wants to buy a washing machine about 30,000 to 35,000 Rs.

you will have to pay Rs 550 extra to LG engineer for demo and installation. Demo and installation by authorized LG engineer is not free if you purchase this machine online. Flipkart also arranges demo and installation through Jeeves but theses people never turn up. So please add Rs 550 to the price of this machine before you compare the price on other websites or with other dealers.

Flipkart has become totally hopeless..they delivered me a damaged product through their partner "wholesale retailer"..and they took their own sweet time to even initiate a refund..am still waiting for the refund to be initiated...after being initiated it would take another 15 days...so in all flipkart is using my money for a month..that's how this company survives.. Don't buy any large electronic goods from flipkart..they are just very unprofessional and their call centre associates have a simple answer.."please wait".. Curse this company for having messed up and taking customers for granted...they won't survive long with this kinda attitude....
