Very useful

Value for money appliance. Using it for more than a year now. Washes clothes with ease. Hassle free operation. Hot water option is just great to maintain high hygiene. It has wash modes for all possible clothes from daily wearing clothes to blankets and baby clothes. Just buy it without thinking much.

huge water saver and high quality cleaning with less detergent and high concentration power saver with ceramic water heater inbuilt in drum bottom only timer is not available rest all ok.

I have been using this for a few months now. Absolutely no complaints. The crease free option is wonderful. Ironing my cotton shirts is much easier these days. Quite noiseless till the time it hits the spin cycle. Even that is much lower compared to the top loading machines. One drawback is, in the Quick 30min cycle, we cannot set a high water temperature.

I have used Whirlpool Top load 7 KG washing machine for 11 yrs and now purchased LG 6 KGs front load, And I am very much satisfied with front load washing machine. 1. It reduced my work needed for pressing the clothes after drying. 2. Good control over over load/more clothes than specified etc. we can not dump like top load. 3. I used to clean/wash manually for callers i.e. for shirts.. while using Top load where as not at all required in front load as it is washing neatly... I thought of difficult in taking clothes in between once started in front load but,. luckily we have an option call Quickwash and completed within 30 mins...most of the time, I use this option only.. Finally, Good experience with Flipkart...always delivered what they promised.

Product was Good..But delivery took lot of time more than 15days. Atlast got it delivered and demo was done within 2days of delivery.Overall good product.

Best washing machine 1. consumes very less power and water 2. easy to use 3. Best service( demo given on the next day of delivery and installed free of cost) 4. very less vibration( vibration sound only heard while in last stage of washing that is in spin mode

1. takes 3 hours to wash. 2. delivery was late for me. noiseless operation. , dont go for white color

As LG product is good . But flipkart since has taken over new responsibility of Installation and Demo , they still need to improve on it . We are still waiting for Installation !

Positive: Delivery is excellent & done according to the scheduled time. Machine works perfectly fine for a small family like me. Negetive: Please ask Flipkart customer care for installtion to done by LG team only during your order placement else you have to go through a round of calls to Flipkart customer care which I faced. I got a call from Flipkart appointed technician for demo & installation on the very next day of delivery. The person came for demo & installation don't have any idea of the machine operation. He is not unfixed drum bolts which got fixed during transportaion to prevent any damage. He also not fix anti rat cover. He could not able to answer my queries at all instead he suggest me to call on LG customer care in their contact no. given in the top of the machine. Next day I have complained to Flipkart customer care & after 3-4 days another team of 2 persons came for installation. They got the installation done but as water supply was absent I could not able to check the machine operation. next day when I started machine, water starts leaking for pipeline. I than contact LG customer care & they were ready for demo & installation with a charge of Rs. 499/- ST (Since I have bought it online). They also told me that I do not have to worry about warranty as it is applicable for online purchase also. I logged a return request on flipkart stating their malpractice & after that installation was done by LG team with proper guidance. It took me to use machine exact 1 month post delivery (on the last day of product return validity).

Problem with installation from Flipkart side. I called them 10 times to get it installed properly. My delivery was near Belgavi. After repeated requests they sent a experienced guy to install the machine and he only did the installation in right way. And after that only, vibrations in machine reduced drastically.
