LG washer and dryer is indeed a good product, however its capacity is 8 kg but for dryer only 5 kg. But its drying only 75-80% when loaded full. it can dry 100% only for few clothes (7-8 clothes) in wash&dry/ready to wear option. Its better to use this only in emergency as it makes cloth crushed and takes more time to iron. Steam option is also good for baby clothes. But this washer and dryer is best for winter and rainy season.Overall, this product is excellent.

Best washing machine. Less vibration and very less noise. Touch panel makes it convenient to use. Washing quality is best and clothes get dry almost 100%.Must have it

The mechine os very good . For 100 drying one must not use rinse programme. Totaly ready for Ironing.100 dry. Delivery and instalation is earlier than promised

This is one of the best product from LG, the dryer is awesome but takes around 3 hours for a complete dry. But it is so silent you won't even think the wash cycle is happening

Bought this product after a lot of hesitation due to its high cost & ambiguity over performance / LG technical support. Generally LG service in my area is excellent. However this product is technologically advanced compared to the current products from LG. Flipkart delivered on time & Install/Demo was scheduled on time. LG technician who came for Install / Demo was not very familiar with this product (true to my apprehensions) & just gave a basic demo for wash cycle. It takes some effort on you to understand the product, features & its usage. I had called up LG Technical support 2-3 times to understand few error codes that came up during the initial washes. The user manual given with this product is basic & hence the call with LG tech support helped. After a week or so, I am now much familiar with the product & how to get the best out of it. Above all it did dry 100% if you just use 5Kg or lower for Wash & Dry. Make sure you use a Stabilizer if you have voltage fluctuations in your area. As mentioned these products are more electronically equipped which means power surges would impact the durability of its electronic/control components. Overall extremely happy with the product & glad that I got a great deal from Flipkart.

Very Good product delivered in time and installation guys came same day of delivery and explain everything in good manner. All in all good product I got it in festive season.

Best thing is the dryer part...it can dry 100%. I gifted to my mom on her anniversary and she is using this for one month. she is soo happy about this machine. Current bill didn't get increased from previous bill. It is running 3 to 4 hrs a day (With dry) and consumes 0.5 unit per hour. please read manual and use it properly. you will be surprised by this machine performance. 6DD motion is quite impressive and even 30 min quick cycle can remove normal collar and jeans phant bottom dirt. machine is sooo silent while washing and gives very less notice while spinning in 1400 rpm...only prob is its look...in picture it looks like black door but actually it has blue panel and black tinted glass.

One of the best item purchased. Fully satisfied by its performance. Washing quality superb, almost 100% dry cloths. Will recommend for sure.

We have recently bought this machine from Reliance Digital 5 days ago.Still exploring the multiple modes. Washing is excellent. Extremely dirty doormats came out sparkling clean, like new.However, the standard "Wash+Dry" cycle left the clothes all warm and dry, but crumpled beyond imagination.Even hosiery material items needed ironing and cotton items needed heavy ironing.We are trying to reach out to their Demo Team to take us through the modes so that out Trail & Error method can end. But their response time is not so fast. Will update after I hear from their Services team.

It is washing good, but not a 100% dryer even when used as per instructions. For this price there are better advanced product. This is worth buying for INR 35K if u find a discount

Two stars only for the product. Guys it is better to get the product from dealers directly rather than on Amazon. Problem is that nobody takes care of you as a customer. I got the product delivered on time and next day someone from LG called for installation. Since both me and my wife are working we asked the installation guy to either come after 6:00 pm or on weekend. This is just not acceptable to them and now we have a product of more than 47K that the company does not even care to install. I called an external guy on my own expenses after about 7 days to install this. The warranty card is not signed and no scope of getting AMC.LG and Amazon are making a fool of people. Beware!

Please don't buy this product from lg, with in 30 days from purchase it started leaking from front door , service personnel came and told that it would cost 2k to replace it , even though the product is under warranty lg denied to change free of cost as rubber is not under warranty.The product is defective ...Stay away from it
