Lenovo Z6 Pro with Snapdragon 855 SoC Launching in April, Confirms Company

Lenovo Z6 Pro smartphone will be unveiled in April, the company has revealed. Lenovo has published a new teaser on Chinese social media, in which it confirms that the phone will be powered by the Snapdragon 855 processor and will be introduced sometime this month. The Lenovo Z6 Pro is being teased for a while now, and a recent Weibo post from Lenovo VP Chang Cheng even indicated that the phone will be capable of producing 100-megapixel images. The upcoming smartphone is expected to be the successor to the Lenovo Z5 Pro that was launched in November last year.

Lenovo has taken to Weibo to share that the Lenovo Z6 Pro will be launched this month. The company didn't reveal the exact date, but it did confirm that the phone will be powered by the Snapdragon 855 processor. It even shared Cheng's latest post teasing the Lenovo Z6 Pro with a Snapdragon 855 SoC to lend more weight.

At MWC 2019, the company had confirmed that the Lenovo Z6 Pro will feature a new 'HyperVision' camera that will be capable of something the company calls 'Hyper Videos'. It also said that the phone will come with 5G support as well.

Lenovo was expected to make an announcement regarding the Z6 Pro last month, but instead it just teased that the phone will be able to produce 100-megapixel images. The phone is expected to go on sale in June, but we will know more at the time of the official announcement later this month.
