Microsoft India on Saturday announced a 'Smart Exchange offer' for its existing Asha consumers to upgrade to the newly launched Lumia 435 Dual SIM smartphone. The exchange offer is valid from March 7 till April 15 or till stocks last, and can be availed from authorised retail stores across the country.

Users of Nokia Asha 500, Asha 501, Asha 502 and Asha 503 will get an assured discount of Rs. 1,500 on the Lumia 435 under the exchange offer. Other Nokia Asha series users, Asha 305, Asha 306, Asha 308, Asha 309, Asha 310 and Asha 311, will get Rs. 1,000 discount on Lumia 435, which is priced at Rs. 5,999.

During the offer period, all Lumia 435 owners will also get a total of Rs. 1,250 cashback (Rs. 250 per transaction) on recharging their prepaid balances through the Paytm app, says Microsoft.

To remind you, Microsoft had launched the Lumia 435 Dual SIM last month in India. The device also has a single SIM variant which comes with identical specifications except the additional SIM card slot; though it is not expected to launch in India.
