Moto Pad 60 Neo is powered by a 2.0GHz MHz octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 6300 processor. It comes with 8GB of RAM. The Moto Pad 60 Neo runs Android and is powered by a 7,040mAh non-removable battery.

As far as the cameras are concerned, the Moto Pad 60 Neo on the rear packs 8-megapixel camera. It sports a 5-megapixel camera on the front for selfies.
