Oppo F3 Lite is powered by a 1.4GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 435 processor. It comes with 3GB of RAM. The Oppo F3 Lite runs Android 6.0 and is powered by a 2900mAh non-removable battery.

As far as the cameras are concerned, the Oppo F3 Lite on the rear packs 13-megapixel camera. It sports a 16-megapixel camera on the front for selfies.

The Oppo F3 Lite runs ColorOS 3.0 is based on Android 6.0 and packs 32GB of inbuilt storage that can be expanded via microSD card (up to 256GB). The Oppo F3 Lite is a dual-SIM (GSM and GSM) mobile that accepts Nano-SIM and Nano-SIM cards. The Oppo F3 Lite measures 149.10 x 72.90 x 7.65mm (height x width x thickness) and weighs 147.00 grams. It was launched in Rose Gold and Gold colours.

Connectivity options on the Oppo F3 Lite include Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS, Bluetooth v4.10, USB OTG, FM radio, 3G, and 4G (with support for Band 40 used by some LTE networks in India).
