Oppo Reno 5K is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 750G processor. It comes with 8GB, 12GB of RAM. The Oppo Reno 5K runs Android 11 and is powered by a 4300mAh battery. The Oppo Reno 5K supports proprietary fast charging.

As far as the cameras are concerned, the Oppo Reno 5K on the rear packs a 64-megapixel (f/1.7) primary camera; an 8-megapixel (f/2.2) camera; a 2-megapixel (f/2.4) camera, and a 2-megapixel (f/2.4) camera. The rear camera setup has autofocus. It sports a 32-megapixel camera on the front for selfies.
