after sales service is annoying...nobody is responding...i wssted my 30kOriflame India (May 29, 2016) on Gadgets 360I have purchased a brand new qiku by paying Rs 22k . Thru 360 webportal. Screen got damaged as the handset felt down by mistake. It was then given to touch multibrand services at hcl tower ,andheri. It was almost 2months i was following up with the service center..one fine day i hav got a call that is ready. I paid 8200rs. They told me that it was replaced with new handset. When i hav unpacked it at home. I hav noticed that the damage was still there. The very next day i took it back to the service center. However even after continuous follow i didn't get any response.Nobody is giving any concrete feedback.Is this review helpful?
