The best in class !! According to me, this is the best refrigerator in terms of everything, be it price, be it looks, be it size, be it performance, everything !! I have been using this since last three months. This is simply awesome !!

I wish I could give 0 star. Samsung products r now adays have poor quality... Better go with LG or whirlpool

Refrigerator is great. Main door handle of my house damaged during delivery and not replaced. Gave up chasing and replaced it.

I don't know whether the installation guy messed up in installation or the refrigerator was defective but it produces lots of moisture in everything and spoiling everything. Messed up refrigerator. Not worth the price at all.

Our fridge's refrigerator section broke down and is not cooling 3 times in last 6 months (, i.e. since purchase). Technicians have no clue on what to fix. Samsung India refused to take any responsibility for refund, exchange or even extension of warranty. I would advise against any Samsung product in general, but leave that upto your research. For this specific product though, please do not buy this unit. Upon posting my complaints on Facebook Samsung page, I realised atleast 2 more people had complained about exact same issue (with a different model, but double door Samsung >300L) within last 15 days.

Worst product and service

Samsung have worst service. They didn't solve your problem.
