Professional service by amazon meeting the standards that we expect from an American company. The product from Samsung is good and working fine so far. Demo was arranged by Amazon though i also called Samsung for it. Overall satisfied with service by Amazon and satisfied with the product.

Storage capacity is very good, Easy to convert from freezer to fridge.Energy efficiency need to check as it is 2star in 2019, for 2020 it may 1star only.

Very poor service, twin cooling is failure with internal leakage , digital inverter not up to the mark,energy efficiency not satisfied

Aap ka product damage nikla h muje yah product replace karwana hai. Freezer campartment ki body damage hai & toughened glass shelves break hai. Pls.Turant replace karayen. Thanks

I bought Samsung refrigerator and in 6 months freeze stopped working. After couple of visitis from service center guy & switching off new freeze for a day, it started working. But again after few days freeze as well as freezer stopped working. Service executive informed us to fill Gas. We objected and asked for replacement as it was not even a year and it needed Gas filling. Executive promised us to create a ticket in system for this, which he never did. We are calling samsung support, they are creating ticket, promising us to send senior service engineer and cancelling ticket without any service.Never ever buy Samsung refrigerator.

Please be careful in buying samsung refrigerators with digital inverter technology. Gas leakage is a biggest problem which most are facing. Take my words so that you do not have to regret later. Service is pathetic. In India there is no recall option otherwise this product with technical flaw will not sell in any other country.

The item came with physical damage . 2 dents on the outer surface probably due to some fall
