Please don't buy this product.in refrigerator moisture are coming.after complaint for it service centre people convincing that it is due to weather humidity.but I observed it is manufactured defect.company replace my fridge with same model.i have asked what is the guaranty that this new one not same problem.company people told me it will not happen again.but in this same problem are coming.service centre only delaying my complaint.my warranty period will over after one month.i am asking to replace with other models with no complaint I can pay difference amount.but till date no response.if no response I will complaint at consumer court.it is manufactured defect.

The worst service center and wort product a person can buy , if you buy Samsung product that means you are wasting your money.

I have bought this product just 1 day back and it's cooling is not proper. My older lg refrigerator was much better in cooling. Even though i have kept the temperature to min the cooling is very mild.There is very less stuff kept inside still the fridge is not able to give proper cooling. A brand new product and below par performance.I bought it for approx. 55000 rs but it's a waste of money. I will contact the dealer to see what can be done. Samsung refrigerators are not worth buying.

Brought this model in Feb'18. Since then facing problems. Every month lodge a complaint with the company for new issues. Three times gas filing already done. Coil already changed but again new problem occured every time. Now it has become very noisy. Again lodged the complaint. This time company is passing time. Not interested in even rectifying this. Bad experience with SAMSUNG. NEVER GO WITH THIS COMPANY. Don't buy any product of it.

We had purchased 3 star refrigerator but item delivered is 2 star

Samsung refrigerator has lot of problems with respect to internal gas leakage which is non-repairable. Avoid Samsung refrigerator. Zero support from samsung on this

The product must be good, if somebody comes for installation. It was delivered in time but nobody has turned up for installation till now.
