The objective of delivering quality primary, higher, technical and professional education to the poor masses remained unachieved, according to one observation in the audit.

However, in its response, the Department of Space has clarified that bandwidth allocation has been made based on technical grounds for suiting the requirements of the states to implement the tele-education networks.

Replying to another question, Singh said that Isro will carry out test flight of Reusable Launch Vehicle -Technology Demonstrator by second quarter of 2015.
