Hyderabad-based startup Smartron has been in the Indian market for close to a year now. During this period it launched a two-in-one device called the Smartron t.book (Review) and two phones, the Smartron t.phone (Review) and the Smartron srt.phone (Review). Both phone models offered good hardware at affordable prices, and it looks like Smartron is taking the same approach with the Smartron t.phone P.
Smartron t.phone P Summary
The t.phone P is a budget smartphone from Smartron. It sports a 5.2-inch display with a resolution of 720x1280 pixels. Powering the phone is a Snapdragon 435 processor with 4 cores clocked at 1.4GHz and the other 4 cores clocked at 1.1GHz. There is 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. It is a dual SIM device and has a hybrid dual SIM slot. Storage is expandable via a microSD card slot up to 128GB. The phone has a non-removable 5000mAh battery which is capable of reverse charging other devices. It runs on Android Nougat with a few customisations from Smartron on top.

poor sound qualityArun Barve (Jul 27, 2018) on Gadgets 360this pone works ok for me but the sound quality is extreamly poor . very weak ringtone capability.Very weak playback sound as well. Camera is ok but not good as compared to MI DEVICES. the sound voume automaticall y goes down to zero and phone goes in airplane mode.Is this review helpful?
