Mi-362 Smart phone - a useless phone

I purchased it on 1st Jan 2015. Since then it has travelled to service center half a dozen times. The phone book does not open up for hours together, the ROM said to be 2 GB is nowhere - it is only 739 mb, it does not work on different locations - it does not show locations. Nutshell it is not worth at all. My phone is lying with company service center for 10 days now for refund of money else shall have to file a suit for refund of money. M K Jain
