TCL 20 5G mobile was launched on 12th January 2021. The phone comes with a 6.70-inch touchscreen display offering a resolution of 1080x2400 pixels at a pixel density of 395 pixels per inch (ppi) and an aspect ratio of 20:9. TCL 20 5G is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 690 processor. It comes with 6GB of RAM. The TCL 20 5G runs Android 11 and is powered by a 4500mAh battery. The TCL 20 5G supports Quick Charge 4.0 fast charging.

As far as the cameras are concerned, the TCL 20 5G on the rear packs a 48-megapixel (f/1.8) primary camera; an 8-megapixel (f/2.2) camera, and a 2-megapixel (f/2.4) camera. The rear camera setup has autofocus. It sports an 8-megapixel camera on the front for selfies with an f/2.0 aperture.

The TCL 20 5G runs TCL UI is based on Android 11 and packs 128GB, 256GB of inbuilt storage that can be expanded via microSD card (up to 256GB). The TCL 20 5G is a dual-SIM (GSM and GSM) mobile that accepts Nano-SIM and Nano-SIM cards. The TCL 20 5G measures 166.20 x 76.80 x 9.10mm (height x width x thickness) and weighs 206.00 grams. It was launched in Placd Blue and Mist Gray colours.

Connectivity options on the TCL 20 5G include Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/n/ac, GPS, Bluetooth v5.10, NFC, USB Type-C, 3G, and 4G (with support for Band 40 used by some LTE networks in India). Sensors on the phone include accelerometer, ambient light sensor, gyroscope, proximity sensor, and fingerprint sensor.
