ACT Fibernet Broadband Plans Now Offer Up to 3 Months Free for Xiaomi Mi LED TV Users

Internet service provider ACT Fibernet (Atria Convergence Technologies) on Tuesday introduced special broadband plans for Xiaomi Mi LED TV users. As part of this partnership with Xiaomi, ACT Fibernet will offer specially customised broadband plans across cities such as Bengaluru, Chennai, Delhi, and Hyderabad. Under this offer, the Mi TV users will get up to three months of free trial of high-speed Internet plans from the service provider. Notably, the offer will start today (June 12) and will be valid till August 31, 2018.

As a part of the launch offer, Xiaomi Mi LED TV users will get a one-month free trial of high-speed Internet plans. Following this, they will be eligible for special offers on the plans. Furthermore, on opting for advanced plans, users can avail two months free subscription along with 1000GB extra data limit valid till December 31. This offer is applicable to new users who upon the successful payment for the purchase of Mi LED TV and generation of invoice will become eligible to avail the offer.

In order to avail the offer, after purchasing a Mi LED TV, customers will have to share details like customer name, mobile number, city, and proof of purchase with ACT Fibernet. All the details can be found on the box of the Mi LED TV, at the back of the Mi LED TV and also from within the PatchWall UI.

Once you complete the process, ACT will validate the purchase and acknowledge eligibility of offer to the customer within 2 working days via email/ phone. ACT will seek customer address and perform a feasibility check. Also, if not feasible, ACT will inform you within 2 working days. And, if feasible, ACT will immediately offer the 1-month trial on select plans that vary based on different cities. For instance, ACT Storm plan priced at Rs. 1,159 in Bengaluru offers 100Mbps speed with a data limit of 350GB. ACT Platinum Promo in New Delhi priced at Rs. 999 offers 1000GB of data at 150Mbps.

Notably, Xiaomi is selling three Mi LED TV models in India via Mi.com and Flipkart. While the 55-inch Xiaomi Mi LED TV 4 is available at Rs. 44,999, the 43-inch Mi LED TV 4A model is priced at Rs. 22,999 and the 32-inch Mi TV 4A variant can be purchased at Rs. 13,999.

Sudeep Sahu, Product Manager, Mi TV, Xiaomi India, said, "Mi LED TV offers over 500,000 hours of content and we are confident that ACT Fibernet’s reliable and high-speed Internet connectivity enables an enriching experience for our users." Meanwhile, a spokesperson of Atria Convergence Technologies said, "We are happy to partner with Xiaomi and extend our expertise to Mi LED TVs. We will work together to power its TV users with high-speed fiber connection so that they can make their viewing experience come alive."
